The Delta Child and Youth Committee (CYC) is a coalition of community partners. We work together to build Delta’s capacity as a child-friendly community where families thrive and all children reach their full potential. Membership on the committee includes the following representatives.

Metis Nation BC
Represents thirty-nine (39) Métis Chartered Communities in British Columbia.
Family Support Institute of BC
For families needing support and guidance, from their peers.
Delta KidSport
Provides grants to help cover the costs of registration fees so children under 18 years old can play a season of sport.
Delta Division of Family Practice
Represents family physicians in the communities of Ladner and Tsawwassen.
Delta Community Literacy Task Force
Working with community organizations to improve literacy initiatives.
